CAN I MODIFY OR ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
 
We cannot modify the contents of any order after it has been placed. This includes product, sizes, colours, or other variants. If you wish to change the size or add additional items to your order, we advise that you contact us to cancel your order and place a new order with the correct items.
  
  
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?
  
If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us right away with your order number - cancellations are irreversable once they have been executed. Once cancelled and refunded please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Furthermore we can only put funds back into the account the transaction was made with.
  
  
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
  
We are only able to change the address on orders within 2 hours from when the order was placed. Furthermore the address can only be changed to an address that is in the same country as the original address on the order.
    
  
WHAT IF I TYPED MY EMAIL ADDRESS IN WRONG?
  
Please ensure you type in the correct email address and contact details as this can not be changed.
  
  
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
  
Once we have recieved your return package we perform a quality check on all garments returned. If we are satisfied that the garments have remained unworn and undamaged then we will process your refund. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to appear into your account.
